Our Customer Charter benchmarks the performance standards that we strive to achieve and provides assurance to our customers of our commitment to these standards. Our four Codes of Practice outline the procedures and processes Bord Gáis Networks adheres to in each of the relevant areas.

Bord G�is Networks Customer Surveys

Bord Gáis Networks actively encourages feedback from our customers and one method of facilitating this is through our quarterly customer surveys. Participants are randomly selected from those who contacted the Bord Gáis Networks Call Centre or who requested work to be carried out in the preceding months. Thank you to all customers who have completed the survey to date. The feedback is of great value to our company.
