• Emergency Phone lines
  Bord Gáis has a dedicated 24-hour Emergency Response Service. If you smell gas please call us at 1850 20 50 50. If are calling from Northern Ireland, please call us at 0800 002 001. For further contact details, please view our Emergency Phone Lines section.
  
  
• Customer Service Phone Lines
  At Bord Gáis we provide a range of services to our customers through our ‘Networks’ and our ‘Energy’ business. This section provides a list of low-call numbers you can use to have your particular enquiry addressed.
  
  
• Natural Gas Supplier Enquiries
  Please contact your natural gas supplier for enquiries relating to natural gas sales, your gas supply bill or appliance servicing.
  
  There are currently two licenced gas suppliers for the residential market, Bord Gáis Energy and Flogas Natural Gas.
  
  A full list of licenced natural gas suppliers for business and industrial customers is available from the CER website.

  If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, please do not contact us by email. Please call us now on our 24hr Emergency Service line at 1850 20 50 50.
  
  On all other matters, if you would prefer to contact us by e-mail, simply select the topic that best meets your needs from the list provided on our Enquiry Form and tell us how we can help you. Our customer service staff will respond by e-mail or call you back as soon as possible.
