Dial Before you Dig

Natural gas networks supply essential energy to our homes, businesses, schools and hospitals and ensure vital services are available 24 hours a day. Pipeline safety is of paramount importance to Bord Gáis Networks. An important part of pipeline safety is to limit damage to pipelines by creating awareness amongst those in construction, agriculture and related industries, as well as home improvement enthusiasts, of the hazards associated with developing/excavating adjacent to underground pipelines. Digging into natural gas pipelines can cause major disruption, serious injury and even death.
