One million man-hours worked on the Whitegate power station without a single lost time accident;
Achieved Excellence through People Standard;
Employee Well-being Programme offered to all staff, including Health & Lifestyle Screening and flu vaccination;
2,412 training days undertaken by staff & 48 staff (5%) commenced further education.

 

Key Objectives 2010

 

Ensure that we become a recognised ‘Great Place to Work’ in 2010;
Continue to expand Learning & Development Programme for employees;
Support employee development with a target of 4 training days per employee in 2010;
Roll-out a programme of positive Occupational Health Initiatives for employee welfare in 2010.
