Graduate Programme 2010-2012
Talent management and recruitment is a key element of the Human Resource strategy underpinning our business strategy. Therefore, Bord Gáis has a requirement for energetic, bright, committed and talented people to help achieve our ambitions.
The objective of our Graduate Programme is to identify the unique potential of each individual graduate and develop and align this with the organisation’s challenging and exciting goals and objectives.
The Graduate Programme is a 2-year initiative designed to optimally develop the knowledge and skills of selected graduates through:
- Assignment to specially selected projects
- Four 6 month secondments into the different areas of the business
- Targeted development interventions
- Ongoing individual support
This programme will provide the right candidates with a solid platform for a long-term career with Bord Gáis.
